About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Person to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Stores Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect raw materials, consumables, and returning parts from subcontracting against order requirements
  • Book in and check raw materials, consumables, and returning parts from subcontracting against order requirements
  • Perform inventory control, ensuring proper organisation and accurate logging of material locations
  • Oversee consumable tooling and stock, raise requisitions for procurement and ensure smooth running of tool stores and vending services
  • Record transactions on the stock recording system for issuing regrind / new tooling
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience with conductivity testing and visual inspection
  • Full UK Driving License and Forklift License
