This is a full-time, office-based opportunity working Monday to Thursday - 9am to 5pm & Friday - 9am to 4:30pm - 37 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and preparation of goods for shipping
  • Arrange transportation for shipments and maintain a tidy warehouse environment
  • Run production reports and pick jobs for the assembly team
  • Manage deliveries and inventory levels
  • Conduct regular stock takes and identify shortages
  • Run shortages reports and notify the procurement team
  • Oversee exports using third-party logistics providers
  • Occasionally use the company van for direct deliveries of large orders
  • Liaise with other departments in the company and assist others in the warehouse team when required.

This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach to workload as you will be required to complete additional tasks as they arise, especially with the company continuing to grow. You would ideally have a full UK driving license, along with experience of stock taking and working with suppliers. You would ideally have Microsoft Office and Navision experience, however training can be given if needed. You must be a quick learner with the right attitude.
