Reed is seeking a skilled Warehouse Export Coordinator to play a key role in the smooth and efficient shipping of products to international customers.

This is a varied role which includes booking goods-in, getting shipment ready for the shipping, booking couriers for shipment and keeping the warehouse tidy.

The ideal candidate will have export experience/knowledge, good communication skills, IT skills including Microsoft, stock taking knowledge and a full UK driving licence.

Duties:

  • Arrange courier collections, dispatch export orders, and create commercial invoices.
  • Run production, shortages, and other relevant reports.
  • Conduct quarterly, half-yearly and annual stock takes.
  • Manage deliveries.
  • Assist other warehouse team members where needed.
  • Liaise with other departments in the company.

Benefits:

  • Up to £28k salary.
  • 30 days holiday including bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme matching up to 5%.
  • 9.00 – 17.00 working hours with a 16.30 finish on Fridays.
