This is a full-time, office-based opportunity working Monday to Thursday - 9am to 5pm & Friday - 9am to 4:30pm - 37 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and processing of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient shipping procedures.
  • Arrange transportation for shipments and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Run production reports and pick jobs for the assembly team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Manage deliveries and oversee the movement of goods within the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Run shortages reports and notify the procurement team of any issues.
  • Oversee exports using third-party agencies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Occasionally use the company van for direct runs of large orders, requiring a valid UK driving license.
  • Liaise with other departments in the company and assist others in the warehouse team as needed.

This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach to workload, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential for success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in stock taking and working with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Navision, or willingness to learn.
  • A quick learner with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
