About the Role

The Assistant Business Manager is a key member of our retail team, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores. As a true brand ambassador, you will embody the Charlotte Tilbury values and lead by example to promote a positive and cooperative team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the Business Manager to determine individual and team sales objectives.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and create a customer experience that exceeds expectations, inspiring your team to do the same.
  • Coach and Develop: Provide regular feedback and coaching to the team to ensure they meet Charlotte Tilbury standards in both service and artistry.
  • Implement Development Plans: Create and implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews to encourage two-way feedback and coaching.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Propose plans, events, and activities to unlock commercial success and drive business growth.
About You
  • Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in retail management, with a strong understanding of commercial acumen and people management.
  • Passion for Beauty: A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products.
  • Strategic Planning: Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement plans to drive business growth.
