Job Title: Operational Support

As a key member of our Aspion team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our FMCG manufacturing facility in Ellesmere Port. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, sales data, and customer forecasts to produce accurate demand plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning Manager to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer forecasts to produce accurate demand plans.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining demand forecasts for multiple products across various regions and sales channels.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimizing overstock or stockout scenarios.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and production) to align demand forecasts with business needs and promotional activities.
  • Support in identifying potential supply chain risks and working proactively to mitigate them.
  • Assist with reporting and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement in the demand planning process.
  • Manage communication with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
  • Support the integration of new systems and demand planning tools where required.
  • Creating BOMs (Bill of Materials).
About You:
  • Previous experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related role within the FMCG sector is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
