The role of a part-time youth support facilitator is both demanding and rewarding. You will need to be enthusiastic, dedicated, and capable of engaging, empowering, and mentoring the youth while enjoying the process.
The primary aim of our service is to disrupt the cycle of trauma by aiding young individuals in overcoming their past experiences and addressing their behaviors.
Due to the responsibilities associated with this role, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.Position: Part-Time Youth Support Facilitator
Compensation: Competitive salary
Sleep Shifts: Compensation provided
Hours: 24-32 hours per week
Contract Type: Part-Time
Shift Schedule: 3-week rolling rota
Shift Times: Combination of Early, Late, and Full shifts

- Introduce engaging activities and new experiences to inspire young individuals.
- A valid UK manual driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for transportation needs.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old due to the demands of the role.
- No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training and induction will be provided. We value the right attitude and qualities for the position.
