Job Title: Office Support Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team at TRCGroup. As an Office Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain accurate spreadsheets, including the whereabouts/Billing sheet/Trackers/SharePoint.
  • Coordinate the upload of paperwork for the billing sheet to facilitate invoicing of jobs.
  • Address any invoicing queries and resolve issues before the billing cutoff.
  • Collaborate with team members to create SLDs and update trackers.

  • Organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues.
