Harborne Office Coordinator

Shipways is part of the Connells Group, one of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK. We operate under 11 different trading names and offer a range of services, including residential sales and lettings, new homes, mortgage services, surveying, conveyancing, and more.
We are seeking a Branch Administrator to join our team at Shipways Estate Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including uploading property details and dealing with customer enquiries. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and ensure office expenditure is within budget.
We offer an estimated salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for progression and career development.
You will need:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably as an Administrator or Secretary
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications
- Customer service skills and ability to work with customers
