As a Property Manager with Magnus James, you will be responsible for managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance, conducting mid-term inspections, and organising check-outs and inventories. You will also ensure property compliance, deal with deposit disputes, and support the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.


Key responsibilities will include:



  • Coordinating maintenance activities to ensure prompt resolution of issues
  • Conducting regular property inspections to identify potential issues
