Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team at Client Server. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our clients' IT networks, with a focus on assisting with new server and network projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day activity on clients' IT networks
  • Assist with new server and network projects, including designing and installing new networks from scratch
  • Deploy additional servers and provide proactive monitoring and support
  • Respond to support requests from fully managed clients, ensuring strict SLAs are met

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy
  • Good knowledge of Networking (ideally Cisco), Firewalls, Switches and Virtualisation using Hyper-V
  • Collaborative with great communication skills, comfortable working directly with clients
