Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food Manufacturing Support Specialist to join our team at Green Line Apothecary. The successful candidate will assist in food preparation, cooking, and cleaning, as well as safely operating commercial kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Prepare orders for distribution to Green Line Apothecary locations and retail partners;
  • Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, ranges, freezers, and ice cream machines;
  • Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the commercial kitchen facility;
  • Follow all health and safety regulations for food production;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of culinary, kitchen, or food manufacturing experience;
  • Experience in commercial kitchen operations, food production, safety, and sanitation;
  • Possession of a ServSafe certification is preferred but not required;
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for long periods;
