Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at this new opening staff canteen. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will assist in preparing and serving breakfast and lunch to 1500 staff daily. Your expertise in contract catering settings, particularly in large staff canteens, will be invaluable in meeting the expectations of our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver innovative menus and exceptional service
- Maintain accurate stock control, allergen awareness, and health & safety compliance

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie, demonstrating drive and creative flair
- Experience working in contract catering kitchens, preferably in large staff canteens or high-end schools
- Strong understanding of stock control, allergens, and health & safety procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional and outgoing personality
- Ability to self-manage and adapt to changing situations
