**Role Overview**

As part of our special educational needs and disability (SEND) service, we are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a doctoral or masters level professional qualification in Educational Psychology and excellent IT skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £49,000 per annum, plus benefits including hybrid working arrangements and access to hubs with hot-desking facilities. This role is based in Wiltshire and requires frequent use of private transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert psychological support to children and families, promoting equal opportunities and ensuring the voice of the child is heard.
  • To work closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to develop and implement county-wide initiatives.
  • To participate in decision-making processes and contribute to the development of our SEND service.

Requirements:

  • A doctoral or masters level professional qualification in Educational Psychology.
  • Basic IT competence, including Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn other IT skills as required.
  • A commitment to promoting equal opportunities and safeguarding children/vulnerable adults.
