We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Fellow to lead our trials unit at the University of York. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing efficient and inclusive trials, focusing on complex interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of efficient and inclusive trials.
  • Develop and share best practices within the trials unit.
  • Provide expert advice through the NIHR RSS Hub.
  • Collaborate with health and care practitioners.
  • Drive innovation in efficient and inclusive trials.
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant health research area or an MSc with equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in trial design and delivery, efficient methods and approaches, and inclusive research practices.
  • Proven experience in securing significant external research funding.
  • A strong track record of high-quality, impactful research outputs.
  • Experience incorporating patient and public involvement in research.
