We are seeking an experienced Property Support Operations Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, split between working from home and our offices in Seaham and Bishop Auckland.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property repair operations, ensuring policies, procedures, and timescales are followed.

Your duties will include updating clients' repairs systems, data entry, raising work orders, investigating queries, and more.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in Office 365 and Excel.
