We are looking for a highly organized Maintenance Support Officer to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis in Seaham. This role offers the opportunity to work from home and be part of a social housing association based in County Durham.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and experience working with property repairs teams. They will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers and team members while ensuring accurate and efficient documentation throughout.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting managers, team leads, planners, and operatives within the property repairs teams to provide exceptional administration and support
  • Maximizing the use of property repairs administrative systems and ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and shared with other departments
  • Adhering to property repairs policies, procedures, and timescales relating to administration support
  • Addressing customer enquiries promptly and ensuring that customers are at the heart of decision-making
  • Entering data into housing management and property repairs systems, raising works orders, investigating queries, dealing with variations, and completing works orders with accurate information

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
