Youth Development Coordinator

This exciting opportunity is for a Youth Development Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library, focusing on:

  • Developing Programs that promote youth engagement, empowerment, and personal growth.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives that meet the needs of young people.
  • Providing Mentorship and guidance to support young people's aspirations and goals.
  • Facilitating Activities that foster social connections, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Evaluating Programmes to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Passion for Youth Work, with experience in program development and implementation.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven Ability to collaborate with teams, build partnerships, and facilitate positive change.
