About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Administrator to join our team at Albert Court in Henley on Thames. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our homeowners by providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors to the Estate office and provide a high level of service to colleagues, residents, residents' families, and other visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls and enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Produce letters and other correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage lunch bookings and ensure these are passed to the Catering Manager.
  • Arrange Domestic Assistance Rota in conjunction with the Registered Estates Manager.
  • Coordinate and distribute our newsletter on a monthly basis and update the bulletin board.
  • Organize bookings of the Guest Suite and ensure it is made ready for the next guests.
  • Provide administration support to the Estates Manager.
Requirements
  • A caring and friendly personality who wants to make a difference for our residents.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or supporting customer service is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided, including induction and ongoing support.
  • Ability to be considerate, patient, and professional, especially in a busy office environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills and experience of using Microsoft Office.
  • A hardworking and diligent nature, with a good timekeeper.
