Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Juice Plus+ Company EMEA. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our partners and customers, resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to partners and customers via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services
  • Provide training and support to new team members
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
