Customer Service Specialist Opportunity

Right Now Group has partnered with a leading freight forwarder to find an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to join their luxury retail handling team.

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our client's customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the onsite client, handling external communication with customers.
  • Monitor and manage an email inbox, responding to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to ensure seamless communication and administration.
  • Provide excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Support the operational team in collating orders, ensuring customers receive batched orders in one.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Maintain a friendly, calm, and professional demeanor, reflecting high service levels expected by customers.
  • Full 5-year checkable work history and clean DBS.
Working Details:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 / 08:30 - 17:30.

Salary: Up to £37,000. This is a permanent opportunity.
