About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated Audiologist to join our dynamic Audiology team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. As an autonomous practitioner, you will deliver specialized audiology assessments and treatments while managing your own patient caseload.

You will be responsible for planning and prioritizing your workload, delegating tasks within a multi-disciplinary team, and providing expert supervision, training, and upskilling of staff.

About You
  • Audiology Degree or BAAT/BTEC Parts 1 and 2
  • Evidence of relevant knowledge and skills developments in all areas of the advertised role
  • Evidence of continuing Professional Development
  • Ability to effectively perform patient diagnosis, assessment, and rehabilitation
  • Experience of supervision of other staff e.g. assistants/technical instructors
  • Knowledge of clinical Governance and its application to Audiology

We are looking for a professional who is able to work across Bristol & Weston hospitals, primarily at St Michael's and Southmead Hospitals, but also at outreach sites. You must be able to travel between sites and have experience of working as part of an Audiology Team.
