Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. As an Audiologist, you will play a vital role in delivering specialized audiology assessments and treatments to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an autonomous practitioner, delivering high-quality audiology services to patients.
  • Manage your own patient caseload, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Supervise, train, and upskill staff members, including Associate and Assistant Practitioners, and students.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and empathetic skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in audiology, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:
  • Audiology Degree or BAAT/BTEC Parts 1 and 2.
  • HCPC/RCCP Registered as appropriate.
  • Evidence of relevant knowledge and skills developments in all areas of the advertised role, including attendance at relevant M-level modules in Tinnitus, Hyperacusis, and Rehabilitation.

We offer a competitive salary package, with a salary range of £28,407 - £42,618 per annum, pro rata. This is a permanent position, offering excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
