As a Children's Nurse at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in paediatric surgery.

Our dedicated team on Penguin Ward provides high-quality care to patients with various surgical conditions, and we are seeking a passionate and skilled nurse to join us.

You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialists and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care, including acute pain management, parental nutrition, complex fluid management, and planning and assessing care for complex post-operative surgical patients.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality care to patients with various surgical conditions, including trauma and orthopaedic, ear nose and throat, plastic and cleft, and general surgery.

  • Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care, including acute pain management, parental nutrition, complex fluid management, and planning and assessing care for complex post-operative surgical patients.

The salary for this role is £29,970 - £36,483 per annum, depending on experience. Our Trust is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits packages to attract and retain the best talent.
