Facilities Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Lead to join our team as a Cost Optimization Specialist. This critical role involves driving commercial efficiency and delivering exceptional value to our clients through expert cost management and procurement strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in cost modelling, risk analysis, and contract negotiation, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert advice on cost management and procurement best practices.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a significant impact on our organisation's commercial performance. We offer a highly competitive salary of £65,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, 6% employee matched pension contribution, company car/car allowance, and single private medical cover.
