**Heavy Maintenance Technician Job Description**

Shorterm Group is seeking a highly skilled Heavy Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Heavy Maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and overhaul of rail vehicles to preset standards and procedures.

Key Tasks:

  • Installation and replacement of traction and rolling stock components.
  • Carrying out modifications and installing and terminating vehicle control wiring harnesses.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a heavy maintenance environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
