About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Growth Manager to join our team at Gravitas Recruitment Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and growth, and wants to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. They will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in sales development, lead generation, and account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and technologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Generate high-quality leads through research, prospecting, and other means
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, and account management

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus OTE of £28,000 per annum. You will also receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid vacation time.

Location

This role is based in London, and you will be required to work from our office three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
