The Role

In this pivotal position as a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Motorway, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of the company's largest dealer partners. Your primary responsibility will be to build trusted relationships with senior executives of leading dealerships, ensuring their profitable growth through the use of Motorway's products and services.

  • You will communicate the Motorway value proposition, tailored to the specific needs of each dealership, highlighting how our innovative solutions can drive their business forward.
  • Achieving sales growth targets and securing dealers' commercial commitment to Motorway is a key objective of this role.
  • You will introduce additional products and services to support dealers' sales growth, such as Motorway Pay and Motorway Move.
  • As the 'voice of the dealer' within the business, you will provide valuable insights to inform both short-term and long-term improvements, helping us stay ahead of the competition.
  • You will utilize data and tailored materials effectively to engage different audiences, driving engagement through pipeline management and effective solution prioritization.

Requirements

  • You possess strong demonstrable experience in senior sales, account management, partnership success, or business development.
  • A proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth across partner accounts is essential for this role.
  • You have expertise in solution selling, pipeline management, and complex corporate account engagement at C-suite/board level.
  • Deep product/service understanding and the ability to develop expertise are crucial for success in this position.
  • You have experience leading and working cross-functionally across Operations, Product, Tech, and Specialist teams.
  • You are able to provide insightful contributions to internal business priorities.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
