Job Overview:
    Easycare 4 U Limited and Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Care Professional to fill a temporary position in our residential care unit in Treharris. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services that prioritize resident well-being and satisfaction.

About the Role:
    The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care, with a focus on providing individualized support and care to residents. You will be responsible for assessing individual needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
    * Conduct thorough assessments of individual needs and preferences
    * Develop and implement personalized care plans that address specific requirements
    * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and effective service delivery
    * Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory standards and quality expectations
    * Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in care provision

Requirements:
    * QCF Level 2 in Care or equivalent qualification recognized by Social Care Wales (or willingness to undertake this within the first year)
    * Completion of a 10-hour online Welsh Work course
    * At least 1 year of experience in a social care role within a registered setting (preferred)
    * Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and bank holidays as required
    * Valid driving license and willingness to drive our minibus for activities
    * Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in care provision

Salary and Benefits:
