Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled social worker to join our team as a Principal Social Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the practice of other social workers, ensuring that children and young people receive the highest quality support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to other social workers
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to meet the needs of children and young people
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of child development and safeguarding practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Our salary package includes a competitive base salary of £43,141 - £51,411 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
