Housing Advice Officer Position

As a dedicated professional, you will play a key role in preventing homelessness by providing comprehensive services to the public.

We are seeking an individual with sound knowledge of housing and tenancy law, as well as previous experience within a Housing/Homelessness section.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate customer records, provide personalized housing plans, and conduct thorough assessments over the telephone or face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support services to prevent homelessness.
  • Offer tailored advice and conduct thorough assessments to establish duties owed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records on our case management system.
