Job Summary:
We are looking for compassionate and skilled Care Assistants to provide personalized support to our residents. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide incontinence support, ensuring dignity and comfort for all residents
- Assist with repositioning, using necessary equipment such as hoists and slide sheets
- Support residents with food and fluid intake, maintaining hydration and nutrition
- Contribute to household tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
- Maintain accurate records, demonstrating excellent communication and documentation skills
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
- Hold a valid DBS certificate and national insurance number
- Possess a right to work in the UK
- Show evidence of previous experience in health and social care
- Have completed relevant training and hold certifications
- Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle
Salary Estimate: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
