Child Care and Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled social worker to join our team as a Supervising Social Work Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, assessing, and approving foster carers, as well as providing regular supervision and support to existing carers.
Job Summary- Recruit, assess, and approve foster carers
- Supervise and support foster carers to ensure the well-being of children in their care
- Evaluate and improve the quality of our foster care service
The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, based on a 5 hour per week schedule with a 9am-5pm Monday-Friday work pattern, including on-call duties at evenings and weekends. This position requires travel around Hampshire.
Requirements- Recognised Social Work qualification
- Current Social Work England registration
- Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle
- Willigness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
- Experience in children's services and foster care delivery
