Care Worker

As a Complex Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals of all ages. You will work in the community, supporting people with complex needs such as spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
Your Responsibilities:
You will provide hands-on care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This may include tasks such as personal care, medication management, and assistance with daily living activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
