Salary Details
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of £20.50 gross per hour, or a 12-hour shift rate of £246.00 gross.
Job Description
We are seeking a fun-loving and engaging individual to join our team as a weekend support worker. The ideal candidate will work alongside another team member to provide 2:1 support for Josh, a young boy with specific needs. This includes supporting his health, care, and medical plan, as well as planning enjoyable activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a genuine passion and interest in supporting others to meet their full potential. They will be part of a supportive team, receiving continuous support from colleagues and undergoing comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support from Noah's case manager and his family.
Flexible Working Arrangements
We can offer approximately 2 weekends per month, typically with 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm. Additional hours are available by mutual agreement during school holidays and after school. A friendly dog is also part of the household.
