Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by resolving defects reported within the warranty periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rectify defects promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Support site teams as needed, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Liaise with customers to address their concerns, providing timely updates on defect resolution progress.
Requirements
  • Competitive salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Valid CSCS card and driving license required.
  • Detailed understanding of NHBC customer handover requirements and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in residential house building, preferably in an assistant site manager or materials controller role.
