Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle queries and correspondence
  • Manage diaries and coordinate meetings
  • Follow up on appointments and tasks
  • Process invoices and maintain administrative systems
  • Order office supplies and manage facilities
  • Liaise with internal and external parties

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
