Business Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Administrator to join our client's team in Driffield. As a key member of the office, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth running of the office.

About the Job
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including typing documentation and devising reports
  • Handle queries, manage diaries, and organize meetings
  • Follow up with appointments, deal with invoicing, and maintain systems
  • Order office supplies and facilities management
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Upkeep both paper and electronic files
  • Perform general ad-hoc duties relevant to the post
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience within an administrative post
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, with an excellent Excel knowledge
  • An excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive approach with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage workload appropriately and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service, accuracy, and numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
