About the Role

Sense is recruiting for an experienced professional to lead the delivery of its technology services. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of technology services across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with experience in managing service desks, supplier relationships, and technology infrastructure. They will be responsible for defining and delivering service catalogue items, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver high-quality technology services to meet business needs
  • Lead supplier relationships and negotiate service level agreements
  • Develop and implement service management processes and procedures
  • Manage service desk and first-line support teams
  • Provide technical guidance and support to users
  • Oversee the management of technology infrastructure and services
  • Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Conduct regular reviews of service performance and implement improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT service management, with a strong background in service delivery and supplier management
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
  • Experience in managing service desks, first-line support teams, and supplier relationships
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
