About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Talent Analyst to join our team at Reed. As a Learning and Talent Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Talent Development Manager in identifying learning needs and talent solutions for our business lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning and Talent Development
    • Support the Talent Development Manager in identifying learning needs and talent solutions for our business lines.
    • Champion change and develop practices that reflect current market trends and digital innovation.
    • Liaise with external providers to deliver learning and talent propositions in an effective and cost-efficient way.
    • Arrange in-house training and organize events, training, and academies.
    • Work closely with HRAs to support career pathways and career development.
  • Learning Operations
    • Respond to and keep records of all learning and study requests.
    • Liaise with employees, Talent Development Manager, Procurement, and business lines for approval.
    • Prepare all study agreements and monitor and track language study, attendees, attendance, and homework rates.
    • Promote online learning and HRE learning platforms.
    • Ensure appropriate recording mechanisms are in place for tracking events, budget, and spend.
    • Manage initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion, health, and wellbeing.
    • Manage programs, including induction, management academy, projects, and programs.
    • Ensure employee training records are kept up to date.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Reconcile monthly and year-end financial reports, budgets, and invoices.
    • Keep track of languages expenditure.
    • Keep records of all expenditure by business line and budget allocation on a monthly basis.
    • Process and code all invoices.
    Requirements
    • Learning and development experience.
    • HR administration experience desirable.
    • Intermediate level of Excel essential.
    • Experience within investment banking or a large corporate desirable.
    • A high level of written and verbal communication essential.
