About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative professional to join our team as an Associate Lecturer for Simulation and Clinical Skills. As a key member of our nursing and midwifery portfolio, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of simulated practice learning and skills education curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality, innovative teaching and learning material informed by research and professional practice.
  • Coordinate the simulation and skills session tutor allocation according to the planned sessions.
  • Assist with the design, preparation, and facilitation of clinical assessments.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a broad range of clinical skills and a willingness to further develop and deliver high-quality simulation and skills teaching. You will have an effective communication and leadership style, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to organise and prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
