ICE Group is seeking a skilled Assistant Credit Controller to join their finance team. As an Assistant Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and reducing outstanding receivables while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chase unpaid accounts through letters, emails, and telephone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including organising refunds and account reconciliation.
  • Follow established procedures to minimise bad debt risk.
  • Generate financial reports on revenue and outstanding debts.
  • Report any known or potential bad debts immediately to the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Numeracy skills, with the ability to handle financial data accurately and efficiently.
