TribePost Ltd is now recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our team.

Location: South East London

Salary: £30K – £32K per annum, DOE + Benefits

Contract: Full time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm

We are a South East London based company; founded with a focus on building strong relationships with our customers.

We offer all-round services to cool and warm buildings as required.

We are a very friendly and welcoming team and we now have an opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller or Finance Assistant to join us, taking care of supplier payments, bank reconciliations, cash flow and credit control.

Main Responsibilities of our Credit Controller:

  • Managing all supplier payments and receipts.
  • Completing weekly bank reconciliations for 3 separate bank accounts.
  • Managing and collecting debts from company debtors (credit control).
  • Setting up terms of credit and onboarding new clients.
  • Posting the company credit card on a monthly basis.

Experience and skills required

  • Previous experience in a similar credit control, accounts assistant role is essential.
  • Experience of working with Xero accounting software.
  • Strong IT skills, such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Working towards or having achieved an AAT qualification or equivalent.
