We're looking for an experienced Bus Systems Technician to join our team at Alexander Dennis Limited, located in Farnborough. As a key member of our 11-person technician team, you will focus on electrical work and assist with mechanical tasks in our purpose-built Test and Development facility.

You will collaborate with T&D Engineers to build and set up vehicles with the correct components and instrumentation for testing, both on-site and at test facilities. Your duties will include diagnosing faults on all electrical systems and CAN network harnesses, utilizing laptop-based diagnostic software for engines, gearboxes, CAN, and vehicle systems.

The successful candidate will possess good knowledge & experience of automotive electrical & mechanical systems, ideally commercial vehicle experience. They will also have experience with high voltage & CAN systems, fault finding and resolution, instrumentation and data logging equipment, and mechanical tests.
