Job Overview

This position is part of our Test Engineering Expert team at Addition+. We are seeking an Agile Quality Assurance Professional who will be responsible for collaborating with the development team on various dynamic projects.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

About the Role

This Agile Quality Assurance Professional will work closely with the development team to ensure that all projects meet the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include actively contributing to the Agile development process, supporting the implementation and evolution of Agile practices, and providing input on non-functional testing requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team on a variety of dynamic projects.
  • Actively contribute to the Agile development process.
  • Support the implementation and evolution of Agile practices.
  • Provide input on non-functional testing requirements.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate test outcomes effectively with both the development team and project stakeholders.
  • Perform test gap analysis to pinpoint missing or automatable scenarios.
  • Ensure products maintain high-quality standards as they progress into Production.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm for testing in areas such as Automation, Performance, API, or Security.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and exploratory testing.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools and test management software.
  • Eligibility and willingness to obtain Security Clearance.
