About the Role

This Electrical Reliability Test Engineer position is based in Cranfield and requires a degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a deep understanding of electrical theory and electronic devices.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. Electrical function, performance, and reliability tests for Body Electronics and CAN architecture/network testing.
  2. Concern identification to root cause investigation, including countermeasure recommendation.
  3. Supporting design departments to ensure the quality of component testing and creating detailed test plans and procedures.
  4. Coordinating overall vehicle test technical aspects, including project leadership as required.
  5. Providing technical support to production plants and test houses and offering field investigation support for responsible systems.
  6. Generating formal test reports and ensuring electrical systems meet the company's rigorous standards.

A competitive rate of up to £29/hr PAYE makes this a highly attractive opportunity for experienced engineers.
