We are looking for a skilled EMEA Payroll Lead to oversee the payroll operations for our UK-based team. As a key member of our EMEA payroll team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with UK laws and regulations, and providing exceptional service to our internal clients.

About the Role

  • Manage the monthly payroll process, including processing payroll data, calculating PAYE and NI, and preparing maternity pay schedules.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients, including Employees, Benefits team, Finance, HR, HMRC, Pension Provider, Childcare Vouchers, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in UK payroll legislation and implement new procedures as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including payroll reconciliations and control reports.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs for junior staff members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years payroll experience in the UK, preferably with ADP IHCM NGUX.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP & SHPP.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (v-look ups & Pivots).
