Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Community Therapies Service in Great Yarmouth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized care plans to support service users in achieving their goals and improving their mental health and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide a range of interventions, including group work, one-to-one sessions, and outreach services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the evaluation and development of new services and interventions.
