Occupational Therapist for Mental Health Community Services

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our community mental health team in Norfolk & Suffolk. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized care plans to support service users in achieving their goals and improving their mental health and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver a comprehensive and coordinated service.
- Provide occupational therapy interventions and support to service users, including group work and one-to-one sessions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy services and policies.

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Professional Registration with Health Care Professionals Council
- Experience working clinically in a mental health setting (desirable)
