  • Driving the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology, and innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodologies.
  • Collaborating with customers and the commercial team to effectively manage and develop current and future business plans.
  • Implementing a continuous improvement mindset, accountability, and communication across the site, with a clear focus on delivery of core activities.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, strong hands-on leader with experience of managing a multi-functional team in the red-meat sector.
